These sets of showcase are made to maximise product displays at the island-like nature of the stores’ locations. Sometimes, these locations come in unique shapes too! Wishing to create a seamless purchase flow, we built our showcases following these shapes.
Unlike common standardised sushi showcase out there, Holic designed this model considering minimisation of returns and reachability of the products to consumers. This is done to lower burden of cost and assist the self-service concept of the store.
This design comes with refrigeration system to keep the cold food fresh and heating system to keep the hot food warm. Hence, consumers are able to enjoy their food at the optimal temperature.
